Ford Sync 3 V3.0 Update
So apparently ford released a new package for 2018 yesterday, which removed a file prefixed AHH, which is the file that does the check for v3.0, so now you can update without modifying anything. Also, the update is a bit different than others, it only prompts once “completed”. Learn how to install SYNC® 3 with navigation and access Waze, Apple CarPlay, Alexa, Android Auto, and more! Follow the steps to get the latest Ford SYNC® 3 version and enhance your capabilities and performance. There is a new SYNC 3 update available. It is listed as 'SYNC v3.0.202041'. Go to the Ford or Lincoln Owners website to download. I have downloaded the file to my USB drive and will post back when I have time to take the required 30+ minute drive (instructions state it will take 25-35 minutes for this update).

Long story short:
2015 Ford Focus SE. Originally came with Sync 1.
I did the hardware update to Sync 2 and then to Sync 3 months later.
Im currently running Sync3 v3.0.19205 on a Sync3 NonNav APIM.
Im very interested in upgrading to v3.4 and I want to make sure I do everything according to the instructions provided by you all on the website. I will be using windows 10 and a 32GB Sandisk USB drive for this. I really hope to get this right.
I will really appreciate if you can take a look at my SyncMyRide files and diagnostics and confirm if im in good track for the upgrade this weekend.
My concern is that my Sync 3 APIM seems to be a little bit older so Im unsure if it could take all the files on the USB in order for the update.
