We need a way to set all world enemies to highest level, or even above. Maybe it could be 3 above us. I've found no way to de-level. You can take advantage of the low level zones to 'de-level.' Enemies drop weapons at their level. If you kill level 10 enemies you'll get level 10 weapons. Hey man, that's a great idea! Its just a really big game with a lot of content. Trust me, I'm shocked. The last few AC games have been letdowns imo, but AC:O is awesome. It takes the best parts of The Witcher/Far Cry/Horizon:ZD and AC and mixes them into a freaking compelling real-world location.

Introduction
1. Unpack the archive 'ACO (CODEX)' in any folder.
